Thank you all replies, but I know it states London as his birthplace but have rang a Registrars in Marylebone I think it was and have no record. Leicester has no ecord either. Moreton was where he lived but dont believe it was his birthplace.

Presumably this is the problem as he gives birthplace 1891 - you do need the marriage cert as suggested:
