Just trying to show who belongs to who, which is what you wanted to know.

If Mary Jane died in 1888, and Richard married Susannah in 1890, then any children with the Whittaker name on the 1891 census probably belong to Richard and Mary Jane. Likewise any with the Crossley name should belong to Susannah but only the birth certificate would confirm who are named as parents..........
Nora Whittaker would appear to be daughter of Richard and Susannah as she is aged 7 in 1901
