Have you tried on FreeBMD using the birth surname and mothers maiden name - ie the same as your fathers

Perhaps Agnes was her middle name

Have you ruled out the possible birth for Agnes M Rowan in Liverpool in 1925

please can anybody with an account to ancestry help me. my fathers sister is agnes m rowan she is younger than my dad he was born in 1922. i have been loking for her birth for ages but can not find her. but today i found her on acestry with a marriage to a man called Keenan (his surname) i was wondering if someone could look it up for me. i would't ask but im deperate. thank you
