Has anyone got Herbert Parsons in their tree, born 1900/01, on 1911 census his family added his name, then crossed it out - adopted/away. He later married a Gladys Davey in 1927.

he is living at 79 The Village Way- Willesdon in 1928

and at the same address in 1929 with Gladys

Willesden makes sense, they had a daughter born in Willesden 1930, shortly after he left and had no further contact.

Hi I am searching for details of my Grandfather. He was born Herbert Alexander Parsons in Windsor 1900 to George & Florence. By 1911 he had been adopted by Annie Pudner in Plymouth, which was strange as there were other children in the Parsons family and his parents went on to have more after his adoption. He married my Grandmother, who knew him as Ernest Pudner until the marriage in 1927 when he disclosed his real name and they had my Mum in 1930. By 1932 he had left and my Grandmother never spoke about him after. Any helpers?!
