Thanks for the reply - I do not know where they were married, and have no certificate. All I know is what is on the 1901 and 1911 census ... they were married for 25 years in 1911 which means date of marriage was 1886, the 5 surviving children were all born in County Cork, with the father, Patrick, being born in Cork City and margaret born in County Tipperary. I have been stuck with this brick wall for ages, if you can help at all I would be very grateful.

What do you have in mind?

You know when and where she was born......who she married and the details of her children

Wherever the marriage took place, one assumes her father will be named on the cert....if she knew him

Any info on Margaret would be much appreciated. I know she married Patrick Leahy from Co Cork in 1886 and had 7 children, two of who died. The Youngest, Ellen Leahy was my grandmother
