Lynne - I'd suggest buying a copy of his birth certificate to get his exact date of birth. That might then lead us to his death record which would give something to work back from - it may give details of a wife or child registering the death.

Many thanks: I have done a search, also on Ancestry. As someone said there are a lot of Fred Moorhouses out there and no he isn't on my tree yet as have had some time away from FHR due to pressures of work.
Have got all the info detailed above but thank you anyway. My 92 year old aunt remembers Fred and would like to know what happened to him. I am hoping that he had children and one of his descendents will respond - who knows?

Lynne - what are you trying to find out?

I'd suggest using the Search facility (above right) to see if anyone has them in their trees.

Fred was my paternal grandmother's brother. Struggling to find details although he is on the 1911 census. Have checked on other trees without success. Fred was brother to Lily; father was George and mother Lucretia. Lucretia and Fred were last known of on the 1911 census running a shop together.
Does anyone have any person connected to Fred?
