Can anyone help? I've reached a brick wall, mainly because I know my late grandfather was in WW2 in the Army Runs Corp, or possibly and/or the Parachute Regiment, and maybe at Arnhem, yet he does not show anywhere in the military records even though I have his date of birth and date of death. My great grandfather was also in the 2nd Battalion Cheshire Regiment WW1, and I can't find him either! Does anyone know the best plac/site to look for military records? |

There are some military records from WW1 on Findmypast - however a lot of WW1 records were destroyed so you may not find what you are looking for. |
