Dates for baptism and marriage don't exactly tally up...... bit worth considering???

I am looking for the parents of Mary Cooper. She was born c1806 in Colesborne, Glos and married William Dean 17/1/1824 also at Colesborne. She died 25/5/1877, again at Colesborne. I have details of her husband's family but nothing for her. It is leaving a hole in my tree that I would like to fill. Hope someone can help. Thanks
