Thank for reply, Frederick Robertson brn 1840 in Gloucester married Mary Meller 1860 Gloucester St Marks. Her father John Meller, On free BMD her children are Robertson, mother, Miller not (Meller) can anyone help me with this problem or tell me how to solve it. It;s been a long struggle to solve it.

What is James Miller's occupation on the marriage cert. of Mary Ann Miller and Joseph William Hall?
Also what was her address at the time of marriage and the names of witnesses that may be family members?

Same for Mary Miller's father, John?

At first look it would seem that James Miller (Mary Ann's father) and John Miller (Mary's father) would be brothers, making the two wives cousins, but would need to find them in the census records to prove that?

(1860 Marriage, says Mary Meller)

I have maraige certificate of Frederick Robertson, married Mary Miller1860,in Gloucester. Her dad was John Miller, Mary born in Longton,Staffordshire 1843c, on George Frederick Robertson's death certificate in 1896 in Gloster, says Mary Ann Hall (cousin) formaly Miller, present at death. I have marraige certificate 1877 for Mary Ann Miller age 22, to Joseph William Hall age 22 here in Goucester, her father was James Miller,his father Samual George Hall.I have been trying to solve this for quite a time.

When and where was Frederick Robertson born?

To look into these families with any certainty we really need some more info.
For the two to be cousins, then one of her father's or mother's siblings must have married a Robertson.
To find out which one we need to know at least the names of Mary Ann Miller's parents?
