Yes, Robert did have a sister named Eliza, but I had no idea of her marriage.
So it seems that they were Robert's children. One is inside the time of his marriage and the other before he married, so likely born out of wedlock???

He didn't necessarily marry in Islington. On the 1911 census image it says that he has 2 children and there is an arrow pointing from the number 2 under how many children still alive saying "at Cambridge". Perhaps he married there.

Can someone help with this please?
Robert Robertson ,born 1875 St Pancras is on the 1911 census as a widower.
For ref. he is at 53 Freeling St Islington ..
In 1901 he lived with his parents and was single , so he must have been married and widowed between 1901 and 1911.
I have looked on freebmd and there is only one suitable marriage for a Robert, that is in 1905 to either Elizabeth Carter or Mary Day.
Can anyone let me know which one he married, and also if possible ,tell me his father's name or names of witnesses so I can get an idea if this is the marriage I am looking for please?
My Robert's father was James Robertson and possible witnesses would have been Philpots
