Since you know your relatives address, you could ask for them to be looked up at the Archive/Library, and ask for the names in the neighbouring households. |

Those records wont be online you would need the electoral roll for the area BUT I think they arent searchable by name only by address which doent help |

If this is your husbands relative then she and her husband may well have stayed in Bilston. Bilston comes within the Wolverhampton registration district. |
