looking for Nicholas Makinson

Hi

Can anyone help me trace the birth of Nicholas Makinson, he was born between 1804 and 1812 in Blackrod Lancashire. I found a birth for a Nicholas in 1807 but he died in 1819 so its not him. Also cannot find him on 1841 and 1851 census. I know at one time he was living in Liverpool. Any help in tracing him and his parents would be great
