David Evans born cilrhedyn, W Wales born abt 1815

I'm looking for David Evans/Evan. He was born in cilrhedyn between 1813 and 1819 his father was also called David. In 1852 he married Ann Lewis in Neath and later lived in Baglan. At the time of his marriage he said he was 32 making him born around 1819, later he says he's older making him born around 1813

I can't find him anywhere on the 51 or 41 census
