They are siblings of Charlotte 1902 if reading 1st post correctly. However we've still not been told the dates that these people were supposed to be born. Even a guess would do.

Also if Charlotte, William, John & Honor are on a hand drawn tree, surely the parents are on it too. Or has Norfolboy worked back from there?

As we have no ages for this family we can't be sure when she was born. There are more Charlotte Hawes registrations before 1900, however this IS the only Hono/ur registered Suffolk (in fact for all England.)
