Find Ancestors

I'm looking for any refernce as to who this distant relatives parents were. I have a GR birth for her 1853 Poplar ref 1C-520. Also a marriage for her on GR for 1873 to William Lewin in Poplar July qtr.
Any help would be appreicated as I can't find any census related reference on GR.

Just wondering if anyone reads these after I put my thanks you's?
I found a census record in 1841 for Charles Jupp 1811 At Graces Lane Poplar and also listed was Susan Jupp 1811. So was that wife or sister? Strange they have the same date? Maybe he was a widower when he married Harriett in 1848? But I can't find a death for a Susan Jupp on GR. Just thinking out loud.
