Not many people have heard of Clungunford so nice to 'meet' a fellow researcher. I thought it was an error till I found out otherwise!! My lot are Legges, but I am not sure anybody called Legge lives there now.
Have you been there? I made a trip a few years back, and incorporated nearby Clun which holds a Green Man festival each year.
