Hi
found some info on a george redfern from halkyn flintshire and was wondering if he is one of my redferns i have a john redfern 1725 from derbyshire england wife ellin reynolds could this george be his brother the family moved to halkyn

george redfern was found guilty of the manslaughter of a hugh davies at a fair in northop 26 june 1744 there was a john redfern with him at the time but on his it says verdict no true bill any info would be great please

Where did you get the birth information about John from?
If IGI, have you searched for a George with the same parents?
