I was hoping to avoid getting the marriage cert. until I had tried every avenue, but hadn't thought about the death date, that will give me a better clue as to her birth, thanks Londonbelle, I 'll get on to that. |

I think you might have to get the marriage certificate to find out her father's name and her age and work back from that. |
