parents of Thomas-Thomas Hendy b 4 aug 1813 Andover, Hampshire,but conflicting mother/spouse, i have Sarah Batman b1824/ Sarah Perry b the same year, could it be that Sarah married twice ?, please help.

Wonder if this is Sarah's first mariage - son William born Devon according to 1861 census:

Added: looking at the 1851 census, Sarah is at the same address as Alexander Ralph (69, basket weaver born Andover) and his son (23 born Andover) but I can't make out his name. Also, I doubt the transcrip for her son's initials, but it says he was born Plymouth, Devon.

Address looks like Marlbro St. All born in county and there was also a Mary Fuller, age 3 but she is not on the transcript. The age I posted for Alexander from 1851 was a guess as the image is dreadful.

PH - I think there was an older child Ann - there is a possible marriage between Rolfe and Fuller in 1837, which may account for the Mary Fuller (Mary Ann Fuller, 1838, Andover) on 1841 census - but I haven't been able to find the parish records.
