Finding a will

Hello everyone,
i am looking for the will of my ggg grandfather Charles Haley from Bradford who died in 1861 on the 26th of April {effects under £450} I think the will was 2nd Nov 1861.

How do i obtain a copy and from where?

Hope someone can help

Looks like you have seen the Probate Index referred to below

Obtaining copies of Wills (proved from 1858 onwards)

Order by post from The Postal Searches and Copies Department, Leeds District Probate Registry, York House, York Place, Leeds LS1 2BA. The order form can be downloaded from www.courtservice.gov.uk. The form requires details of the deceased (name, date of death, address) which can be found in the National Probate Index (see above). Please note that this department is not contactable by telephone and can only answer written enquiries.
