Does anyone have access to Staffordshire Parish Records please?

I am interested in the Tonkinson Family who lived in Elmhurst, Lichfield.

The only information I have is for Eleanor Tonkinson b.c1817.Elmhurst. Her parents were John and Sarah Tonkinson.
