It's not an uncommon name .......

Birth cert is really the only way with common name

Also, if she was born in June her birth could be registered in the next quarter so could possibly be this one, too:

England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index, 1837-1915
Name: Ellen Wilkinson
Date of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep 1893
Registration district: Sculcoates
Inferred County: Yorkshire East Riding
Volume: 9d
Page: 234

The births Andy and I have posted are two different people but you wouldn't be able to tell which was which from census records.

In cases like this I would suggest the marriage certificate (if she did marry) to obtain the father's details.
