Thank you, that is him. Looking at the Image the name is not very clear. But the transcriber for FMP gave the correct name.

It is amazing how people see things differently.

On the FMP entry he is Walter Langsford b.1856 Carlisle Cumberland .

I have found a member of my family in Winson Green Prison, Birmingham on the Find My Past 1911 census but I cannot find the entry on Ancestry.
Where am I going wrong?
