The marriage was 1st Jun 1850, I mistakenly put 1851. Thanks Chris that page clears up the fathers names 100%. I guess I will have to get the cert for the mothers name |

Just checked. That John is living with his parents, unmarried, in Roghate on 1851 census. My John was married 1851. Back to the drawing boards... |

Hi Mike, I searched the opc that Sarah suggested and found that exact baptism. Funnily enough John named his first few children after his wife's parents, and he had a daughter named Harriett! Thank you |
