To find out if any members have Thomas in their tree.........click on "Seach" top right hand corner and select "Search All Trees" from the drop down menu.

Thank you all for your input. We do have all the data on TB Booth. We have him on the 41 and51 census. his marriage his son's birth and his death.
We cannot find his family on the 61 or 71 census. We have all the info after that.
Wife Sarah Son William.
We have searched crew lists emigration, living in India, Canada Australia and USA.
From 1854 we have lost him till he turns up dead in Stepney 1876.
We are hoping for family knowledge rather than data

In that case, you need to look in search trees, as previously advised.

No-one who isn't connected to him can give you anything other than data

Who registered his death?

Occupation from his marriage cert ?

When and where was the son William born?

How old was Sarah when she married Thomas ?

Hi , Although I have been researching for years, I'm a rookie when it comes to message boards, so please forgive .
Thomas born 1822 Bury Lancs to Thomas & Alice( Bentley)
became an engineer /mechanic possibly in the Mills or at sea. married widow Sarah Roberts 1853 Manchester Cathedral. Only child William born 1854 Manchester. Died Stepney 1876. L Hand registered the death. Sarah was 40 when William born, but had a family already. I've checked them & he wasn't on any census with them.
I have already checked to see if anyone has him in their tree, but was rather hoping that someone might know of him who possibly hadn't kept tree up to date.Clutching at straws!!
