Apparently she was born in Port Isaac Cornwall and was living next door to her future husband Mr Cliff. in Essex and they married during WW2()probably in Essex)

Looks like she ( Mrs Cliff's mother) was born just in time for 1891 census.Hopefully someone with access can fill in the details of the household
