Michelle (the first one posting!) - depending on how old your two young children are it could be a great project to involve them with, helping them find their own family history and making it educational looking up things about how people lived in the times of their ancestors. |

I think it's great that people on this site are so willing to help out. I know I have used the services of site members a couple of times with great success and have been able to go back a couple more generations that I had not been able to find on my own. |

a genelogist cost about £250 per day Plus Certificates plus expensives, but they dont always come up with the correct trees.i have just had dealings with one, which have been featured on a well know tv program, and i point out a few mistakes they made that could have cost the heirs a small fortune in a law suit |

Most of us don't approve of "professional researchers". I know I don't. |
