	Impossible for me to tell really but it certainly isn't Johnes. The problem being that the descender of the "y" in the name above has encroached into Henry's surname making it difficult to read. If I had to guess I would say more likely to be James.
	Researching: Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

He was a member of the Royal 12th Regt Lancers. The census was taken in Farnham, Surrey, Sub distict Frimley..Many thanks for any help. Dud.
