Ian, if you've found them on census can you give us their birthplaces and years of birth.

Where were they on later census? - we need to try to work back from the right people.

On any of the later census does it give a location in Cornwall? Family search has a number of Thomas Teagues born 1801-1805...

Do you have any of the children's birth certificates to confirm their mother's maiden name?

I know the older children were born Bermondsey which could follow on from the marriage but the ages are a worry.

Might be a problem getting a birth certificate - although some of their children's baptisms can be found on FamilySearch I can't find registrations for those born after 1837, they may not have bothered.
