There are 3 Medal Cards but no way of knowing if your man

One service record but not matching on year of birth or location

There isnt any records for him. Many WW1 records were destroyed by bombing in WW2.

Theres three medal cards and two records (that arent him) but one of the medal cards could be if you know which regiment he served in.

just found this in passing . you may already have it .

Do you know for sure that he served in WW1?

James was born in 1888 in Sunderland and I am trying to find any record for him in WW1.Thanks.
