I am searching for my ancestors in Ireland and looking for someone to search the records in the National Library of Ireland in Dublin. I will happily search UK records in return |

Thank you for all of this but my Ann Long and her family were all in England and have been found in Southwark in the 1851 census. Ann was born c1837 in Macroom, William was born c1830, Ellen c1826 and Timothy c1823 although I have no written proof that they were also born in Macroom though I suspect it is likely. |

Have never found their father Daniel in England, though mother Mary was in the 1851 census with her son William. |

Thank you Eringobragh 1916........ I recently bought the book Tracing your Irish Ancestors by John Grenham, in which is states that there are Parish Registers at the National Library of Ireland, for Macroom in the Cork North'West Roman Catholic Parish Registers, from 1803. This would cover the period that my Daniel and Mary Long were married and the births of their children Timothy, William, Ellen and Ann. This is why I am looking for someone to search those registers for me. I understand that only personal callers can do this. |
