Hi Everyone

Yes That does look like the man and the marriage is correct ,the cert is where I got the info on his Fathers name.

It looks like it is all correct ,he died in folkstone Kent in 1958.

Thankyou for your help,I am sure this will help him further,i think that is his tree also.
I am sure he is trying to go back further,he said it was his brickwall.

Thankyou again.

HI Everyone
I am trying to help a friend of mine who has become stuck on this one because the man keeps changing his name.

What we have so far

Nuchem Gratch - when he arrived in America from Russia with Wife 1

Nathan Gretz - when he joined up for WW1 and married Wife 2 (even though he
says he is a bachelor)wife was Leah Kreager married 26th Oct 1919 in UK.

Nathan Granat - when he had children with Wife 1

Nathaniel Granat - when he was with my Nan and died in 1958 with Wife / De
facto 4. died in the Uk.

WE are looking for passages to US for him and to the UK around 1912, and of course anything else that you can come up with

He states his father on Marriage cert to wife no 2 as Israel (dec ) literary writer.

I hope one of the cleaver supper sleuths can help

Many thanks in advance

:-D
Sue

Edit
