Looking for Henry Charles Welsh aka Harry

I'm looking for information relating to the army career for my great grand uncle, Henry Charles Welsh born 1896 St Pancras to William and Mary. I have found his medal card which states he enlisted 11/12/1915 and discharged 29/05/1918. Apparently he was injured and lost a leg in the war and used to cycle around with just the one leg! He was also known as Harry as listed in the 1901 census, but I haven't found him yet in the 1911 census.

Any assistance gratefully received.
