Searching for a marriage or parish register entry for JAMES GILLIGAN & MARY HENRY before 1841

Family has links to Ireland, salford and Manchester region,
I know her maiden name is Henry because of her sons birth certificate.
Gilligan is prone to various mispellings ehich maybe why I cant locate

HISTORICAL INFORMATION FROM CENSUS & SONS BIRTH CERT
James Gilligan b 1811-1816, Ireland (Bricklayer's Lanbourer) and wife MARY, b 1814-1816 Ireland ,

Resides in 1841,(looks like Hope street, salford (spelt Gilegan)
Resides in 1851, 13 sherratt st, Salford, Manchester (spelt gilliman)
Resides in 1861, 1 allwood buildings, salford,(spelt gilligan)

children are Mary Jane 1838/ Bridget 1841/John Joseph 1847

I have searched free bmd/Lancashire bmd/online parish registery for lancahire but no Joy. Can you help? I am not familiar with any sites regarding searching for records in ireland so any advice welcomed. Did they marry in ireland and then come over?

There is some slight variation depending on which census you look at . John is correct as 1847 as i have his birth cer
it is there parents marriage or parish record I am trying to locate

dont think this is viable with it being so late and i have mary henrys death cert in 1864 but thanks for trying to help.

are there any websites that anyone would recommend for looking at information in ireland?
