lancashirebmd.org.uk gives you the mother's maiden name - Bamford

then lan-opc gives the marriage between Martha Bamford & Robert Hardman and 3 children baptised in Radcliffe

Marriage: 1 Jan 1827 St Mary the Virgin, Eccles, Lancashire, England
Robert Hardman - of this Parish
Martha Bamford - (X), of this Parish
Witness: Thomas Turner; John Mason, (X)
Married by Banns by: Thos. Blackburne
Register: Marriages 1825 - 1828, Page 125, Entry 374
Source: Microfilm held at Manchester Central Library

Click on the link I provided earlier, then on the left click on search and in the body of the dialogue click on search here. Incidently, the X means their mark, in other words they were illeterate.

the opc & lancashirebmd sites are really good if you're looking for family in Lancashire. If they are in the Barrow area cumbriabmd is the site to go for.
