Do you know who the best man and bridesmaids were when he got married? They might have a wedding photo.

Do you know where he went to school? What about looking on Friends Reunited.

I have one cousin who may have a photo of my dad but we have completely lost touch over the years. Her birth name was Patricia Field, Her father was Albert and her mother was Violet May Hamshaw. As far as I know she now lives in or near Bournemouth. Thanks for your suggestions, I will try the Royal navyas my dad was on the battleship H.M.S Nelson in the war and also worked on the Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary for Cunard. He also spent around 25 years on oil tankers with Esso. Thanks again . Derek

It seems he could have been a CPO on HMS Nelson, wouldn't there be a photo of him in his naval records.

As a long shot maybe Cunard shipping have a photo of him as he seems to have worked for them in the 1950s

Hi there Derek - suggest you look in Search - top right hand corner of this page to see if Ronald appears in any other trees on this site - you then have the option of contacting the tree owner

is he still living? if so, best post on Find Living Relatives

I would think your only bet would be family or friends. If he was ever in the services then their might be a regimental photo of him but I don't think anyone on Genes will be able to help unless you find other family members who have him in their tree and they are willing to help.

Ronald was my dad but due to family things I have been unable to find a photograph of him. I have tried all the family members I can contact but no luck. Have anybody got any ideas. I would be very grateful.
