There was a marriage in 1942, Pollock in Glasgow, Lanarkshire. Male Glevdinning, female Duncan.
You cannot view this online but need to order the certificate


Btw I use directview. Have sent you a pm with the marriage reference.

Cost is now £7 for 30 credits

But as already mentioned it would not be available to download as it was within the last 75 years

Does appear to be a possible match in 1942 if Glendinning is the male and Duncan the female

Sorry not got any credits even to get you the reference needed to order the cert

Hi Gerri,

You don't join ScotlandsPeople as it is not a subscription site.

You register with them (that's free) and that enables you to search the indexes for free.

If you want to view your searches or download certificates, you buy credits. Last time i did it, it was £6 for 30 credits. certs are 5 credits so MEGA cheap compared with English ones.

The marriage you want you should be able to find in the index, but you won't be able to download the cert as it's too recent.

Scots people is a buy credits site. You can't buy a subscription.

I'm looking for a Marriage between GLENDINNING and a DUNCAN in Scotland. The birth i have was in 1947.So I assume the Marriage was around that time.
Fort William? Maybe?

By the way...how much is it to join Scotlands People?
