I am trying to find out more about my great aunt Isabelle Jones who married a Ronald William Marshall. Her first husband Albert Jones was drowned at sea about a year after marriage. I think they lived at no 7 row 4 according to the funeral announcements in the paper.
In Great Yarmouth she was known as Bella or Belle and was a chorus girl. Sadly one year after her marrriage to Ronald she died - she was pregant at the time.
Her husband Ronald was a fruiterer when she married but I understand he did professional boxing too. His father was Frederick Marshall who was also a fruiterer. ronald marrid again after her death.

There is NO death in 1936 in England/Wales for an Isabella Marshall who could have been pregnant

Nor is there a marriage for Isabell* to Albert Jones in Norfolk

What was the woman's maiden name?

Thanks for your help.

I am really looking for social history, dance and music hall history and information about the spouses and their families.

I have found something in the history of Great Yarmouth by Mark Rumble. I might try and contact him to see where he obtained his information.

Isabelle was born 1908 to John Moran(alternate name Morne) and Margaret Moran (nee Sharpless)
I have copies of birth certificates, baptisms, deaths and marriages for both Isabelle's spouses. Albert Jones and Isabelle married in Portsmouth by the way.
