Unless Scotland did things differently then there were no electoral registers done during WW2

Hi
looking for help to find any info on people who live at the address during WWII and shortly after.
Particularly Katie ?, Molly John & James Moyna,
Katie second floor and her sister Molly on the third floor., Maiden name os sisters "Began"
Also Isabell Ward (nee Began) ( she had been married earlier "Morton?) May Ward, & Margaret Morton? who lived on the High St. in Glasgow same time.
