Did Flora ever marry? If not this might be her death - I see her birth was registered 1906:

Name: Freda Flora Berry
Birth: Mar 1906 - Newton Abbot, Devon

Name: Freda Flora Berry
Birth: 5 Dec 1905
Death: May 1995 - Mendip, Somerset, England

1911 England Census

Name: Freda Flora Berry
Age in 1911: 5
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1906
Relation to Head: Daughter
Gender: Female
Birth Place: Newton Abbot, Devonshire, England
Civil parish: Riseley
County/Island: Bedfordshire
Country: England
Street Address: The Manor, High Street, Riseley, Bedford
Occupation: School
Registration district: Bedford

Fred Berry 44
Flora Berry 43
Doris Lilian Berry 13 born wiltshire
Freda Flora Berry

Might be worth seeing who registered the death, if you have no luck otherwise.

Do you have Doris's exact birthdate? If so, and she died after 1969, this can be used to check death indexes.

Yes Brummiejan I have checked records and nothing matches that's why I thought she married.

actually, you should be a little bit careful on using exact birth dates to find a death certificate.

The information on a death certificate really is mainly what is known to the informant.

Many of us know the birthday of an elderly relative of a friend .......... say, 18 August .................... but we're often not that sure about the birth year.

Possibly because the person has been coy about it, has even taken off a few years from their age, etc etc

so you should always look 2-5 years on each side of the putative birth year.

As only one example ........ we always celebrated my grandfather's birthday on Dec 25, and believed that he was born in 1886

NOPE!

After he died, my uncle discovered a birth certificate ..........

....... grandfather was born on Jan 9 1885 .............. but not baptized until Dec 29 1886 (along with a sister born in 1886)

Re the birthdate!
I usually search with the date but widen the years a couple either way. Although people can get their birthdays wrong, as with your grandfather Sylvia, it's more usual for that to be right but the year to be out when a death is registered.
Re. her marrying - the answer is to search for deaths using first names only the check for marriages which match the surname.
No guarantees but worth a shot.
