Hi Ron

The best thing to do is search the trees on this site then send messages to the tree owners

Hello Ronald
I googled Meldrum family of Torryburn and it came up with a book containing

The Meldrum family appears to have been an amalgam of Meldrums, Williamsons, ... George Meldrum of Torryburn who was married to Catherine Williamson.

The book is called Seekers Of the Truth: The Scottish Founders of Modern Public Accountancy

What are you hoping for?

Asking for 'any info' isn't really helpful

Please ask specific questions - it's easier to help you if you do.

And it also means that people don't use time looking for that which you already know.

You must have a lot of info - to have got back to the mid-1700's
