I do have the marriage certificate for Frederick & Alice, but no father is listed. The only thing that I do know about him is that he worked at The Royal Miltary College the same as his father-in-law and that he died in 1900. He doesn't appear in any census except the 1891, so I have nothing to go on before that.

I have reached a dead end in trying to find my great great grandfather Frederick Beedell. He was born 1854c in Barbados and married Alice Ledford in 1890 in Hawley Surrey. He died in 1900 in Camberley Surrey. In the 1891 census he is working at The Royal Military College.
