It is a site where you need to buy credits but you will be able to view and print off certificates. Newer records will have to be ordered. Type of Record Year Range Indexed? Images? Statutory Register Births 1855-1911 Yes Yes Statutory Register Births 1912-2009 Yes No Statutory Register Deaths 1855-1961 Yes Yes Statutory Register Deaths 1962-2009 Yes No Statutory Register Marriages 1855-1936 Yes Yes Statutory Register Marriages 1937-2009 Yes No There are other records as well. https://familysearch.org also has a lot of Scottish records on it. You may just like to tell us what names you are looking for and see if anyone on this site can help you.

Member Since: August 2009 Posts: 4 Send Message	how do I go about finding Scottish birth, marraige certs etc, as I have found a lot of my ancestors came from scotland. :-)
