I cannot see a single Ellen Barrett living in Islington in 1911.
She is not showing at that address in 1911, either.

She may not have come from Islington. My grandmother came from Lincolnshire but she was disowned by her family when she became pregnant in 1911 when she was single. She ended up going south and giving birth in Farnham Workhouse and gave her address as the Inn where she worked (although she had been living at the workhouse for at least 2 months before giving birth as she was recorded there in the 1911 census).
