If John Hucklesby is your ancestor, which of his children is the direct line?

The marriages could easily be for the same man.

There were two marriages of a John Hucklesby in St Marys church, Luton. One to Mary Wingrave in 1796 and another to Mary Bosten in 1803. My ancestors are one of these, but I don';t know which one. Does anyone have information about them please?
