Hi I am trying to find Mary Linihan, All I know about her is I think she married my Grandfather Samuel John Barnes in 1950. It was his second marriage. He was born in April 1906 in London and died in 1981 in Havering, Essex.

I would be very grateful if anyone knows of her or can find anymore information for me.

Maybe she had been married before?

I think you may need to get the 1950 marriage cert to find out her age, fathers name an whether she had been married before

There are three children from Linihan/Darvill marriage from 1939 to 1946? the third one was born in Shoreditch and was also registered with the fathers name of Barnes

Hi Jax, So sorry I haven't replied sooner, but I didn't get a notification that you had replied on the thread.

Thanks for your help. I will get the marriage certificate as it seems by your research that she may have been married before.

I will let you know if I find anything out from the marriage certificate.
