Find Ancestors

Hello All,
FamilySearch.org shows the following:-
Household FARRUGIN, G 1831 40 M Westminster London, Middlesex

However I cannot find this record on Ancestry. I'd be grateful for a fresh pair of eyes to locate it.

There is no record of anyone called Farrugin on free bmd from 1838 to 1901.

Could you give some clue as to how you got to this?

According to the census image he was an artist, born Malta.

Looks as though he was living alone in what seems a quite bohemian neighbourhood, judging by the occupations and nationalities.

I used these details from MareCeleste to check that ancestry had him down somewhere.

You could go and submit a correction if you are convinced it is actually Farrugin.

I think it's Farrugia but i need to try and obtain some documentation from Plymouth Archives to verify that it is him before making any corrections.
