I still think that until you have proof of Humphrey's occupation - from her marriage certificate - that you need to proceed with caution as to whether she is Elizabeth daughter of Humphrey and Mary or Elizabeth, daughter of Humphrey and Sarah. They are about the same age and are both from Staffordshire and the Elizabeth you have plumped for is not overtly consistent with her place of birth in Staffordshire.

If you know who she married, then the marriage cert. would give you her father's occupation which could help to eliminate one of the possible Humphreys.
It would also give you her address at the time of marriage which may help track her down on one of the census records.
