I would be grateful if anyone could fill in details for:

Minerva Latham born Athens 1870, 1871 Census living with mother and grandparents in Folkstone, died 1888.

On premium ancestry.com there is a school/church record for a Minerva Emma Latham in Derbyshire. I dont have access to the premium records but I'm sure there is a good chance that it is my Minerva (how many of them can their be?) Can anyone help with the details of this record.

I can't see the school record either.

the school record is actually not what it first seems

it's a 1912 Kelly's directory in the U.K., City and County Directories, 1600s-1900s Schools, Directories & Church Histories section

the entry ancestry has highlighted is of a Grocer called John Laird of Minerva Street, the next entry on it is Ernest Latham

I dont know what an amendment means. Can anyone advise?

Minerra's mother Mary Alice Latham returned to England with the children (Minerva and Henry Joseph) before the father John Latham. He stayed in Athens untill the business wound up in 1874ish. Mary Alice died in 1877 but I believe the family were reunited.
