The suggestion is that first of all Richard married Margaret and that Margaretta Ann Bishop was a child of 'that' marriage.

The 1911 has a column relating to the number of births relating to the current marriage. In the transcription and the added notes, he and Elizabeth to whom he was then married had -Total Children Born Alive 1 - Children Still Living 1
That child was Richard David Vincent Bishop b 1905 born in Talgarth Breconshire

The only way to be absolutley sure is to purchase the relevant records - both marriage certificates and possible the children's birth certifictes.

My cousin has it in his tree george edwin bishop (lucas) relating to the marriage he had with margaretta jones the parents of our grand mother margaretta ann bishop? other wise no link and he has only that for the family apart from margaretta ann bishop marrage to william john Holden sorry thats all I know and wonder about them?? :-)
